Work Study Program

San Diego Dance Theater’s Work Study program provides scholarships to dancers who are interested in furthering their dance training for professional or personal aspirations. Our work study students assist teachers during weekly classes in exchange for free classes, discounted rentals, and professional support in dance administration, teaching/choreography, operations, or technical support. Our mission is to provide a place for dancers to grow and develop in the field of dance, and support their career endeavors in meaningful ways.
