Trolley Dances 2009
September 26-27 and October 3-4, 2009
6 tours daily along the San Diego Trolley Line's Blue Line
Please show up 15 minutes before any of the following tour times
(you do not select tour time in advance),
as you can go on the next tour, following your arrival.
Times: 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 NOON, 12:45, 1:30 AND 2:15
Tours begin at E Street at the Bayfront Trolley Station in Chula Vista
and will travel to the US/Mexico border in San Ysidro
A cast of 50 performers will dance world premiere site-specific choreography
by Peter Chu, Swiss choreographer Elfi Shaeffer Shafroth,
Miroslava Wilson of Tijuana's Pendulo Cero, Kim Epifano,
director of San Francisco Trolley Dances,
and by our own Artistic Director Jean Isaacs, who will create 2 new works.
Auditions for dancers: July 26, 2009, noon, Dance Place San Diego.
