Annie Boyer
Annie Boyer is the Artistic Director of DANCE FIERCE, a teen after‐school
program of San Diego Dance Theater, co‐created with her partner and
Executive Director, Cortney Golub. She is originally from Bethesda,
Maryland, and graduated cum laude from The Boston Conservatory with a
BFA in Dance in 2001. While living in New York, Annie spent eight years
touring nationally as a member of Sean Curran Company, and also
performed with the Metropolitan Opera and the New York City Opera. In
addition, she is in her sixth year teaching ballet and modern at Canyon
Crest Academy. Annie has been a company member with San Diego Dance Theater since 2007.
